There is no long-term contract and you can cancel at anytime. We know things can change and we will not penalize you for that.
How do you bill?
Our packages bill monthly starting at sale and you draw down on the hours purchased as you use them. We handle paying caregivers on your behalf when each visit is complete.
What if I need more hours?
We understand that circumstances change and you may need more hours, so you can upgrade packages at any point to ensure your loved one is getting the best care.
Is this secure?
Your peace of mind is very important to us. All payments are handled safely and securely through our billing parter, Stripe. We do not store your data and never share your information.
